Claimly Auto provides independent vehicle valuation and appraisal services. The following explains important limitations of our services.
Claimly Auto is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Using Claimly Auto does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Information, guides, templates, and other educational materials provided through our service are for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney regarding your individual circumstances.
Claimly Auto is not an insurance company and does not make insurance coverage, liability, or claim-payment decisions.
For our standard report services, Claimly Auto does not act as your public adjuster, represent you in settlement negotiations, negotiate a settlement, or settle an insurance claim on your behalf.
Claimly Auto's role is to provide an independent opinion of vehicle value and related supporting materials.
For our standard report services, completed reports and related materials are delivered to you.
You decide whether and how to submit those materials to an insurer, attorney, appraiser, or other party. Claimly Auto does not submit or negotiate your claim with an insurer on your behalf as part of a standard report purchase.
Separate services, if offered, may involve additional activities expressly described in the applicable service agreement or Terms of Service.
A Claimly Auto report provides an appraiser's professional opinion of vehicle value based on the information, evidence, market data, and other relevant factors reasonably available at the time of the appraisal.
Different appraisers, insurers, data providers, or other parties may reach different conclusions concerning vehicle value.
Claimly Auto does not guarantee that an insurer or other party will accept our valuation, change an existing valuation, make a payment, increase a settlement offer, or produce any particular financial or legal outcome.
Whether a claim results in payment depends on circumstances outside Claimly Auto's control, which may include the applicable facts, policy terms where relevant, applicable law, available evidence, and the recipient's evaluation of the claim.
A Claimly Auto report addresses vehicle value.
It does not determine insurance coverage, fault or liability, legal entitlement to payment, the validity of a claim, or the enforceability or availability of any insurance-policy provision.
Claimly Auto's standard Total Loss Valuation Report provides an independent opinion of vehicle value using the valuation standard identified in the report.
Claimly Auto may also provide general educational materials concerning valuation disputes and insurance-policy appraisal provisions.
An appraisal clause, where available, is a provision of an insurance policy that may provide a process for resolving certain disputes concerning the amount of loss. The availability, requirements, and effect of appraisal depend on the applicable policy and law.
The standard Total Loss Valuation Report does not include legal representation, public-adjuster services, settlement negotiation, invocation of appraisal on your behalf, or participation by Claimly Auto as your designated appraisal-clause appraiser, except where you separately purchase the Appointed Total Loss Appraiser service, which provides only the bounded appraisal-clause appraiser role described in the Terms of Service.
If Claimly Auto separately offers an appraisal-clause appraiser service, the scope and terms of that service will be expressly identified before purchase.
Claimly Auto uses technology, including AI-assisted tools, to support portions of the report-preparation process.
Every final Claimly Auto valuation report is reviewed and signed by a human appraiser who is responsible for the final opinion of value. AI does not independently issue Claimly Auto's final valuation opinion.
