AI-Assisted Technology & Human Review

Last updated 2026-08-10 · Version 2026-08-10.productb1

Claimly Auto uses technology, including artificial intelligence-assisted tools, to support portions of the report preparation process. These tools help our appraisers work efficiently with the documents, vehicle information, market data, and other materials used in an appraisal.

Human appraiser review

Every final Claimly Auto valuation report is reviewed and approved by a human appraiser.

Technology may assist with document processing, organizing information, identifying relevant data, standardized calculations, and preparing draft report content. The appraiser evaluates the information, determines appropriate valuation judgments and adjustments, and is responsible for the final opinion of value.

AI does not independently issue Claimly Auto's final opinion of value.

Preliminary estimates and eligibility

Certain preliminary estimates and eligibility or service-availability results may be generated automatically using information you provide and Claimly Auto's service criteria.

These preliminary results are provided for informational and screening purposes only. They are not an appraisal, insurance coverage determination, legal determination, settlement prediction, or guarantee of any particular result.

What Claimly Auto does not automate

Claimly Auto does not use AI to independently make or sign the final opinion of value contained in a completed appraisal report.

Claimly Auto also does not use AI to negotiate claims or communicate with insurance companies on your behalf.

Claimly Auto provides independent valuation services and does not provide legal advice.
