These terms govern the documents, photographs, information, and other content you submit to Claimly Auto and establish rules for appropriate use of our services.
Claimly Auto does not claim ownership of content you submit. You retain any ownership rights you have in your submitted content.
By submitting content to Claimly Auto, you represent that you own the content or otherwise have sufficient rights, permission, or lawful authority to submit it and authorize Claimly Auto to process it for the purposes described below.
You may submit materials relating to a vehicle, claim, valuation matter, or other transaction only when you are authorized to provide those materials.
By submitting content to Claimly Auto, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to receive, store, copy, process, analyze, reproduce, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to: provide the service you request; prepare, review, and deliver your appraisal or valuation report; maintain the associated appraisal workfile and business records; provide customer support; verify the authenticity and integrity of issued reports; detect or prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents; and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Claimly Auto.
Our handling of personal information contained in submitted materials is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that information and materials you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You must not knowingly submit fabricated, fraudulent, unlawfully obtained, or materially altered documents or information while presenting them as authentic.
If submitted materials contain information concerning another person, you are responsible for having any authorization or permission required to provide that information.
Claimly Auto may rely on the information and materials you provide when preparing a valuation or appraisal report. Inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading information may affect the reliability of the resulting report and may result in cancellation or suspension of the service.
You may not use Claimly Auto to: submit fraudulent, fabricated, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content; impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, vehicle, accident, claim, or other material information; upload malware, malicious code, corrupted files, or content intended to damage or interfere with the service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or security controls; probe, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service in a manner that interferes with its operation or security; materially alter a Claimly Auto report and represent the altered document as an authentic or unmodified Claimly Auto report; remove or falsify signatures, credentials, report identifiers, verification information, or other authenticity features associated with a Claimly Auto report; or use Claimly Auto or its reports for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Claimly Auto may reject or remove submitted content, refuse to process an order, or suspend or terminate access to the service where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security threats, intellectual-property infringement, abuse of the service, or a material violation of these terms.
Where appropriate, Claimly Auto may preserve information or records relating to suspected fraud, unlawful activity, disputes, security incidents, or other matters as permitted or required by law.
Copyright infringement notices, counter-notifications, and related procedures are governed by our DMCA Policy.
If you believe material stored on or accessible through Claimly Auto infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, please review our DMCA Policy for instructions on submitting a notice to our Designated Copyright Agent.
